At the time I had to close, I was working through approximately six weeks of orders. While my son and I were fleeing domestic violence, money from those orders went toward getting us safe shelter. I never intended to leave your order unfulfilled, but I understand that you paid for jewelry you did not receive.
I know that asking you to cover materials now can feel like asking you to pay twice. You already paid, and I understand if you cannot—or do not want to—contribute anything further.
For anyone willing and able, an optional contribution toward the materials for your order would help me purchase what’s needed to make it. I’ll verify your original order and confirm the exact material cost and availability with you before requesting payment.
Choosing not to contribute will not remove your order from the recovery process. I’m continuing to fulfill past orders as resources become available, although I cannot yet give every order a completion date.
